Injured Eduardo leaves hospital
February 28th, 2008

Arsenal striker Eduardo Da Silva has been discharged from hospital four days after undergoing surgery as result of the horrific injury suffered on Saturday’s match against Birmingham.
Eduardo who suffered a fractured left fibula and an open dislocation of his left ankle after a tackle by Birmingham’s Martin Taylor, will have his leg in a plaster for six to eight weks before his rehabilitation program starts.
Arsenal are hopeful that Eduardo should be running again in 6months, and close to match-fit 3months later.
